Eat Me!!!!!! Farscape’s answer to a “Horror Movie”
Aboard a transport pod and soon to be stranded in space, John, D’Argo, Chiana and Jool have no choice but to board what appears to be a Peacekeeper controlled Leviathan.
Turns out there
are Peacekeepers aboard this rotting Leviathan but they are now brainless flesh-eating ghouls better know to John as “hungry-hungry hippies”
It seems Rovhu was a transport ship for a criminally insane prisoner named Kaarvok who has the ability to duplicate the inhabitants and use them as his food source
After John and D’Argo go in search of the necessary parts to fix the pod, they are separated and D’argo is captured and “killed” by Kaarvok. And although Chiana was supposed to stay with Jool and guard the pod she wonders off and is the next to be captured and “killed”
Thinking that both his friends are dead, John goes to the den in the hope of getting the Pilot to help. This does not end well either when Kaarvok kills the pilot and attempts to kill John.
John manages to escape the den and is reunited with the crew who it seems are still alive and have managed to repair the pod with spare parts scavenged from Rovhu.
What John didn’t manage to escape from however was Kaarvok’s “twinning” device and another John also joins the crew aboard the transport pod
While all of this is going on an injured Talyn and Crais are reunited with Moya and the rest of the crew.
We end this episode with two Johns playing “rock, paper, scissors” in a vain effort to sort out who is who. Of course we all know that both Johns are “equal and original” which leads to much angst and heartbreak later on
