John is desperate to find Aeryn and after selling his soul to Scorpius in the last episode, he heads down a wormhole to find the bizarro Moya where he hopes the alternate Stark/Sikozu can give him the location of Katratzi, the place where he believes the Scarrans are heading with a captured Aeryn.
In the meantime, Aeryn is being interrogated by Jenek who finds out she is pregnant. This information turns the focus of his interrogation to who the father of her baby is, in the hopes of using its DNA to gain the knowledge of wormholes. Aeryn holds out as long as she can but is unable to resist the Scarrans torture and admits John is the father of her baby. To further protect her baby Aeryn kills a fellow prisoner who she believes is a Scarran spy who had attempted to convince her to commit suicide.
Meanwhile John and Scorpius have found out the location of Katratzi but not before members of the alternate Moya have had to die for that course.
We are left with Aeryn aboard the freighter heading for the medical facility praying to ''any'' god to send John to save her and the baby.
